On September 12, 2026, Friends of Children of Walla Walla hosts the End of Summer Supper — an unforgettable evening at The Barn B&B featuring Farm to Table cuisine from five of our region's finest chefs, award-winning local wines, and 120 of Walla Walla's most passionate community champions — all gathered for one purpose: changing the lives of at-risk children.
THE NEED
Every child in our community deserves a safe, stable future — yet far too many face Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs): broken homes, domestic violence, physical and emotional neglect, and household substance abuse that steals a child's potential.
The research is unambiguous: one consistent, caring adult relationship can reverse that damage. That is exactly what Friends of Children provides — every single week, in every school, in every neighborhood where children need us most.

Every dollar raised through the End of Summer Supper stays here — in Walla Walla and College Place — funding the mentoring program at the heart of our work. The children we serve will never know your name — but they will feel the difference you make.
